The role focuses on increasing efficiency and profitability by providing accurate financial insights, forecasts, and actionable recommendations. The incumbent prepares reliable monthly financial reports, assists in presentations for management decision-making, analyzes key supply chain and operational metrics, and identifies opportunities for cost optimization and process improvement across the Americas region.<ul><li>Develop, maintain, and analyze financial models to support supply chain planning, cost control, and operational efficiency initiatives.</li><li>Prepare and deliver accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and KPIs for the Americas region.</li><li>Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to monitor inventory, production costs, and logistics performance.</li><li>Identify trends, risks, and opportunities in supply chain operations and provide actionable recommendations to management.</li><li>Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning for manufacturing operations in the Americas.</li><li>Assist in the preparation of management presentations, highlighting key financial insights, operational performance, and strategic recommendations.</li><li>Ensure compliance with corporate financial policies, local accounting standards, and reporting requirements.</li><li>Participate in cross-functional projects to improve processes, increase efficiency, and optimize costs within the supply chain.</li><li>Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting as requested by Finance leadership or Plant Management.</li></ul>Required Knowledge/Skills:<ul><li>Strong understanding of financial planning, analysis, and reporting in a manufacturing environment.</li><li>Knowledge of supply chain processes, including inventory management, production planning, and logistics.</li><li>Familiarity with US GAAP and local accounting standards.</li><li>Proficiency in ERP systems (preferably SAP) and advanced Excel modeling.</li><li>Understanding of corporate budgeting, forecasting, and cost control processes.</li><li>Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends.</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to convey financial insights to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.</li><li>Ability to work cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain teams.</li><li>Strong time management and organizational skills, able to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Detail-oriented and results-driven.</li></ul>Required Experience:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>A master’s degree or CPA/CMA certification is a plus.</li><li>5+ years of experience in financial planning &amp; analysis, preferably in a manufacturing environment.</li><li>Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.</li><li>Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and advanced Excel tools.</li><li>Exposure to supply chain finance or manufacturing operations analysis is highly desirable.</li><li>Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple regions (Americas preferred)</li><li>Fluent english</li></ul> If you have the drive and enthusiasm to accept this challenge and to work in a very dynamic, cross functional and international environment, we are looking forward to meeting you.
