This role is ideal for an early-career electrical engineer with experience or exposure to large industrial systems power distribution, controls, and field wiring. You will work closely with senior engineers, operations, and vendors to design electrical infrastructure that is safe, reliable, and scalable. </span></div><div> </div><br><br><h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Support the design of electrical systems for industrial manufacturing and process equipment </li><li>Develop electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and panel layouts for power and control systems </li><li>Assist with specifying electrical components such as motors, drives, heaters, sensors, and instrumentation </li><li>Support installation, checkout, and commissioning of electrical systems on the manufacturing floor </li><li>Work with controls engineers to ensure proper integration of electrical and automation systems </li><li>Participate in troubleshooting electrical issues in operating equipment and implement corrective actions </li><li>Ensure electrical designs meet safety standards, codes, and best practices </li><li>Maintain clear documentation for electrical designs, changes, and as-built systems </li></ul><h3>Qualifications:</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field </li><li>1–3 years of experience supporting electrical design for industrial or manufacturing systems </li><li>Experience with industrial power distribution, control panels, or field wiring  </li><li>Ability to read and produce electrical schematics and wiring diagrams </li><li>Familiarity with industrial electrical standards and safety practices (e.g., NFPA, NEC, IEC) </li><li>Hands-on mindset with interest in working on the manufacturing floor during builds and commissioning </li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn in a fast-paced startup environment </li><li>Experience with AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, or similar tools preferred </li></ul><h3>We offer a competitive compensation package that is based on expertise.
