At RE Build Manufacturing, the Shipping Specialist role is pivotal to our manufacturing operations. You will own the day-to-day execution of our shipping processes, ensuring smooth and timely delivery. This is your chance to successfully implement processes that bring teams together and elevate our performance!</p><h2>What you get to do</h2><ul><li>Operate tow motor and order picker</li><li>Generate shipping documents including bill of lading, commercial invoice, pack list, barcode labels, and certificate of conformance</li><li>Sort incoming product to determine routing for shipping, stock, or transfer</li><li>Build and prioritize customer delivery schedules</li><li>Process expedited orders promptly</li><li>Preserve product using various packaging materials</li><li>Perform inventory control activities like stocking, cycle counts, and item searches</li></ul><h2>What you bring to the team</h2><ul><li>High school diploma or GED</li><li>Prior shipping experience preferred</li><li>Ability to understand and communicate basic English</li><li>Basic counting and math skills</li><li>Work well under pressure and meet production deadlines</li><li>Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly</li><li>Strong manual dexterity and control precision</li></ul><p>The hourly rate for this position is $20.20 - $30.30. This range represents the Company’s good faith estimate of the base compensation for this role at the time of posting.  Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, qualifications, internal equity, and geographic location. In addition to hourly rate, this role may be eligible for annual incentive compensation and/or long-term incentives, subject to Company plans.
