This internship provides hands‑on experience with RF/Microwave hardware, MIC assemblies, and solid‑state power amplifier technologies.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Learn and understand theory of operation for solid‑state RF and microwave amplifiers.</li><li>Assist in tuning and testing MIC circuits (bias checks, S‑parameters, power sweeps, stability tests).</li><li>Analyze test data to identify performance, yield, or process improvement opportunities.</li><li>Support documentation, workflow optimization, and continuous‑improvement initiatives.</li><li>Assist in root‑cause investigations for test failures and help propose corrective actions.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Pursuing B.S. or M.S. in Electrical Engineering.</li><li>Completed coursework in Electromagnetism, Operational Amplifiers, and Analog Circuits.</li><li>Familiarity with at least one programming language (C++, Python) LabVIEW is a plus.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.</li><li>Comfortable with lab instruments such as oscilloscopes, VNAs, and spectrum analyzers.</li><li>Must meet the criteria of a "US Person" (including US Citizens, US Nationals, lawful permanent residents, asylees, or refugees).</li></ul>How to Apply: Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume, cover letter, and any relevant academic transcripts.  Salary Range: $50,600.00-$67,500.000Pay TransparencyThe anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate.
