Dismantles, adjusts, repairs, and assembles equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, operating or repair manuals, rough sketches or drawings. Uses test and diagnostic equipment to perform checkouts. Rebuilds manufacturing equipment as required. May perform equipment modifications as directed by manufacturing engineers.</li><li>This role is a second shift position and requires a motivated self-starter to maintain the support needed.</li></ul>Primary Duties &amp; Responsibilities:<ul><li>Perform routine scheduled and unscheduled equipment maintenance</li><li>Identify technical problems and implement solutions as appropriate</li><li>Collaborating with team members on complex equipment issues</li><li>Maintain records and reports as required</li><li>Coordinate activities with peers, supervisor(s) and customers to minimize equipment downtime</li><li>Order and install parts</li><li>Respond to emergency service calls as required</li><li>Perform upgrades and modifications to equipment as needed</li><li>Responsible for the upkeep, maintenance and security of company provided tools, equipment, etc.</li><li>Responsible for following proper industry safety procedures when working with potentially dangerous elements or conditions such as chemicals, high voltage/high current, moving mechanical parts, high pressure gases, hazardous gases, radiation, etc.</li><li>Must maintain personal and professional standards of conduct</li></ul>Job Qualifications:<ul><li>Must be able and willing to work 2nd shift position</li><li>Must be US Citizen or PERM Resident</li><li>Ability to use intermediate math skills to analyze data</li><li>Ability and willingness to follow strict written operational guidelines</li><li>Excellent customer interface skills are required</li><li>Ability to work in confined areas in a clean room environment, in awkward positions and at heights</li><li>Ability to lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds</li><li>May require bending/stooping/crawling/climbing</li><li>May require the use of personal protection equipment including respirator use and required fit test when appropriate</li><li>Strong attention to detail</li><li>Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics</li><li>Must have strong mechanical aptitude</li><li>Prior experience in maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting</li><li>Strong electro-mechanical troubleshooting abilities</li><li>Knowledge of commonly used business and technical software</li></ul>  Salary Range: $62,800.00-$83,700.000The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate.
