Internally, we have targeted talent development programs for employees at different stages of their career development to build skills and competencies, foster training, support people to own career development, scale up organization for growth and execution.How you’ll make an impact 1. You will develop, implement, and maintain robust process control plans to ensure consistent product quality across all manufacturing stages, from raw material input to final product assembly.2. You will lead root cause analysis investigations for process-related quality issues, using tools such as 5-Why, fishbone diagrams, and failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA).3. You will conduct regular quality data analysis (e.g., defect rates, customer complaints, process variation) to identify quality gaps and improvement opportunities and develop targeted improvement plans.4. You will conduct regular audits and inspections of production processes, equipment, and workstations to verify compliance with established quality standards, operating procedures, and safety regulations.5. You will initiate and implement quality improvement projects (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC, PDCA) to reduce process variation, waste, and non-conformance rates.6. You will be handling customer quality complaints, including receiving feedback, conducting RCA, 8D report and CPAP follow-up. 7. You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.8.
