Sensata Technologies is looking for a demand planning specialist who will be responsible for the development and assessment of demand forecasts on designated product / program categories. In this position you will work with multiple internal departments as well as external vendors on countless analyses to determine the needed products and quantities for certain products / Demantra and home-grown systems) </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Lead demand planning and IT team to develop roadmap for new software integrating demand and supply.  </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Establish report out and accuracy for Internal and external demand planning inputs to develop exception-based actions and support Monthly cadence at different levels of organization. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Report monthly data on KPIs (Forecast accuracy, On Time Delivery, new business launch conversion rates, segmentation) and drive opportunities for improvement list shared with the SIOP GPO team. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Use expertise in data visualization and tools (Oracle analytics Cloud/OAC, Oracle Business Intelligence / OBIEE and others) to establish dashboards and trackers for SIOP metrics focused on demand planning. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Automate analytic techniques to interpret data, identify issues, analyze causes, data visualization and provide automated-Bot solutions. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Work closely with the team of GPOs to understand overall SIOP objectives and represent the interests of Demand planning though different levels of the organization. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Work closely with SIOP teams globally on development and execution of SIOP improvement projects. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Work as a SME and design training for the broader demand planning team as well as also
