You’ll play a key role in ensuring successful deployments, resolving complex technical challenges, and continuously improving system performance in collaboration with cross-functional teams and customers.Coordinating technical project activities and ensure that all project phases are documented appropriately.What You'll Do:<ul><li>Lead and coordinate technical activities across all project phases, ensuring proper documentation and execution</li><li>Analyze system performance and drive optimization using FlexNet tools and best practices</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across head-end systems and network components</li><li>Monitor system health, investigate network failures, and improve meter read performance</li><li>Recommend and implement system improvements, including over-the-air upgrades and hardware enhancements</li><li>Collaborate closely with customers, project managers, and SMEs to support successful deployments</li><li>Act as a technical liaison to internal teams, including Sales, providing system insights and reports</li><li>Maintain and execute preventive maintenance plans (daily, weekly, monthly)</li><li>Analyze backend data flows to diagnose and resolve deployment issues</li><li>Support system upgrades and ensure smooth operational transitions</li><li>Contribute to system design improvements and ensure compliance with data security and regulatory standards</li><li>Provide technical guidance during testing phases and participate in system review sessions</li></ul>What You'll Bring:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field</li><li>2–3 years of experience in software development, systems support, or applications engineering</li><li>Working knowledge of SQL (intermediate level)</li><li>Basic experience with Linux systems</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex technical issues</li><li>Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders</li></ul>Nice to Have:<ul><li>Experience with AMI (Advanced Metering Infrastructure) or utility systems</li><li>Exposure to RF networks or IoT-based systems</li><li>AI/ML certification or hands-on experience applying AI in system analysis or optimization</li><li>Familiarity with Salesforce or ticketing systems</li></ul>The estimated salary range for this position is $85K to $95K.
