Execution <li>Support partnership-led geothermal projects from early-stage evaluation through development readiness</li><li>Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestone trackers, and action logs</li><li>Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across Exploration, Drilling, Development, Permitting, Land, Finance, and external consultants</li><li>Track critical path items and escalate risks or delays proactively</li><li>Ensure deliverables are prepared on time and aligned before leadership or partner presentations</li><li>Facilitate recurring project meetings and ensure follow-through on action items</li>Leadership &amp; External Engagement <li>Assist with representing the Partnerships &amp; Projects team in meetings with vendors, consultants, and external partners</li><li>Prepare briefing materials and executive-ready summaries for leadership </li><li>Support due diligence processes and external reporting requests</li><li>Help structure and manage vendor scopes, contracts, and performance tracking</li><li>Maintain professionalism and credibility in front of senior stakeholders</li>Operational Infrastructure &amp;
