(ERP, OA, other internal systems).</li><li>Process internal purchase requisition from OA system and complete the online or invoice payment</li><li>Other procurement related tasks from manager.</li></ul>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:<ul><li>At least three (3) years of experience as a procurement specialist in the manufacturing area is required.</li><li>Additional Experience of mechanical equipment parts procurement desired.</li><li>Strong knowledge of the equipment structure and functions.</li><li>Familiar with ERP system, basic project management.</li><li>Experience utilizing and implementing procurement software solutions.</li><li>Understand the industry, mechanical standard, ISO, DIN or US standard.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Impeccable negotiation and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Proficient with Microsoft® Office, and other internal programs.</li><li>Must be organized and systematic; able to process multi-task and be a team builder.</li><li>Fluent in Mandarin is a plus.</li></ul>EDUCATION:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience, preferably in Supply Chain, Material Management, Business Administration or related field from an Accredited Institution.</li></ul>
