qualification, and repeatability</li><li>Ensure process capability supports customer requirements across industries such as aerospace, defense, medical, or industrial applications</li><li>Establish best practices for design for additive manufacturing, validation, and production readiness</li><li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve yield, cycle time, and scalability</li><p><strong>Software and Applications Engineering</strong></p><li>Lead development of software systems including machine control, workflow automation, data analytics, and customer-facing applications</li><li>Ensure integration between hardware platforms and software ecosystems</li><li>Build strong applications engineering capability to support customer adoption and
