You’ll be hands-on in solder paste printing, pick &amp; place, reflow, AOI, and test processes, ensuring compliance with IPC-A-610 Class 3 and automotive OEM customer requirements while driving defect prevention and launch readiness.About the GroupThe Meadowbrook Quality team ensures robust quality performance across UCAP and related electronic assemblies. Reporting to the Quality Manager, the group plays a critical role in the electronics supply chain by embedding workmanship standards, maintaining compliance to customer-specific requirements, and supporting new program launches.
