As an integral member of the team, the Sales Support Analyst is tasked with managing workflows, liaising with sales team and external brokers, coordinating with pricing and operations, and maintaining data integrity.</div> <h3>What you'll do: </h3><ul><li>Manage workflows: Oversee time-sensitive processes to ensure accuracy and deadlines are consistently met.</li><li>Credit Checks: Conduct thorough due diligence on high-value customers to assess risk and ensure compliance.</li><li>Contract Creation: Prepare detailed and accurate contracts, ensuring all components are correct and aligned with internal requirements, with a clear understanding of how contracts flow into Operations.</li><li>Contract Booking: Coordinate with Operations to properly book contracts and ensure smooth execution.</li><li>Broker Confirmation: Work closely with brokers to confirm deal details and ensure alignment across all parties.</li><li>Closed Deal Logging: Accurately log completed deals and manage all post-contract activities.</li><li>Complex Billing Sales Support: Take ownership of complex billing scenarios, including audits, issue resolution, and ensuring accuracy in invoicing and post-contract financial processes.</li><li>Post-Contract Management: Oversee activities after deal closure, ensuring all contractual and operational obligations are fulfilled.</li><li>Broker &amp; Customer Coordination: Partner with brokers to ensure timely customer payments and proactively address any billing or account issues.</li><li>Operational Follow-Ups: Act as a liaison with Operations to ensure broker and customer requests are handled efficiently and with high-quality service.</li><li>Team Support: Provide backup and support to other Sales Support team members when they are out of office (OOO).</li><li>Maintain data accuracy: Import and manage data with precision to protect client and deal integrity.</li><li>Keep reports current: Maintain accurate internal reporting for clear visibility across teams.</li><li>Provide cross-functional support: Step in where needed to assist with pricing, contract generation, and booking</li></ul><h3>What you bring: </h3><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree or four-year degree from an accredited college or university required</li><li>Demonstrated energy analyst and analytical experience</li><li>Demonstrated knowledge of energy markets and related subject matter</li><li>2 -4 years analyst experience in a ERCOT and PJM retail energy advisory and/or brokerage business environment</li><li>Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel &amp; Word) &amp; Google Cloud based products</li><li>Attention to detail a must</li><li>Excellent time management skills and ability to balance multiple tasks</li><li>Ability to self-start within the atmosphere of a fast-paced team-oriented environmen</li></ul><h3>Additional Information/Conditions: </h3><ul><li>Must be eligible to work for any U.S. employer without the need for sponsorship now or in the future</li><li>Must be available to travel on occasion with the need for some overnight trips</li><li>Must be willing and able to comply with all ethics and safety policies</li><li>Ability to meet highest attendance requirements</li><li>Ability to handle multiple assignments on a timely basis with a high degree of accuracy</li><li>Proficient computer user of standard office tools</li></ul> <div>Join our team and make a difference!
