The candidate will manage a portfolio of government contracts involving target missile development, missile range infrastructure, and test-range modernization initiatives.This role requires strong technical leadership and full-spectrum program management expertise. Responsibilities include oversight of systems engineering activities, subcontractor performance, technical execution, schedule and cost management, and risk identification and mitigation. The candidate will guide design engineering teams, in-house manufacturing, and subcontractors across all phases of missile system development—encompassing system‑level design, subsystem integration, component testing, and range/instrumentation infrastructure.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
