<div><span style="font-size:16px;">The Director, Corporate Security is a leadership role responsible for the development and implementation of physical security programs to help the company keep all Zoox personnel and property safe and secure.  This leader will serve as the primary point of contact for all physical security programs for the company, including physical security operations, risk management, incident response, insider threat coordination, investigations, workplace violence prevention, event security, executive protection, and fleet security. </span></div><br><br><h3>In this role, you will:</h3><ul><li>Lead the physical security team across all Zoox locations</li><li>Oversee 24/7 security operations, including access control, GSOC, incident response, and emergency management across all sites.</li><li>Develop, implement, train, and enforce company security policies and procedures.</li><li>Perform incident investigations and risk assessment activities.</li><li>Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure they are meeting company standards.</li><li>Management of outsourced security suppliers to ensure their performance is meeting contractual requirements..</li><li>Drive modernization of security infrastructure, integrating smart surveillance, AI-driven analytics, and automation to enhance efficiency and threat detection.</li><li>Partner with Facilities, HR, EHS, Legal, IT, and ProdSec to align security programs and insider threat protection with business operations.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>15+ years of progressive experience in corporate security with at least 5 years in a leadership role, ideally at companies with dispersed physical operations.</li><li>Proven ability to lead and mentor diverse teams, including contractors and third-party service providers.</li><li>Deep knowledge of physical security technologies, operations centers, and systems integration.</li><li>Exceptional judgment, communication, and crisis leadership under pressure.</li><li>Experience with emergency communications and escalation processes</li><li>Demonstrated experience in managing insider threat programs and executing executive protection initiatives to enhance organizational security.</li><li>Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, and a positive attitude.</li><li>Curious and ability to learn new technology and businesses.</li><li>Proficient in utilizing data to guide decision-making while demonstrating strong written and oral communication skills. </li></ul><h3>Bonus Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Professional Security Industry Certifications such as APP, CPP, CFI, CFE, or PSP.</li><li>Experience with fast-moving and growing technology or automotive business.  </li></ul><br><div><b>About Zoox</b></div><div>Zoox is developing the first ground-up, fully autonomous vehicle fleet and the supporting ecosystem required to bring this technology to market.
