Come take ownership of large parts of our product, company, and business development as we help power the world with 100% clean and abundant energy.<h2>About The Role</h2>Planted is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead solar projects from LNTP development through pre-construction and construction. This role is ideal for a hands-on project manager who thrives in fast-moving environments, understands the full lifecycle of solar projects, and can coordinate across internal teams and external partners to deliver projects on time and on budget. This person will be responsible for successfully executing on Planted deliverables and timelines during the pre-construction and construction phases.The annual salary range for this full-time position is $100,000 - $135,000 plus stock options and benefits. Pay within the range is based on candidate experience, job-specific skills, education, and work location. The target experience for the position is 4-6 years.RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>Manage Planted solar projects ranging from 1 - 200+ MW through development, pre-construction, and construction</li><li>Oversee successful completion of Planted’s scope of work on projects from pre-construction engineering deliverables through construction scope completion</li><li>Maintain strong relationships with customers and partners</li><li>Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets</li><li>Ensure on-time execution of key engineering deliverables, like project drawings, layouts, stamped structural packages, and bills of materials</li><li>Coordinate with and manage EPCs, engineers, consultants, AHJs, and customers</li><li>Oversee contract compliance, change orders, and risk management</li><li>Track project milestones and proactively identify and resolve issues</li><li>Ensure projects meet quality and safety standards</li><li>Coordinate with procurement and supply chain to ensure timely delivery and smooth logistics of material orders</li><li>Prepare internal and external project status reports for leadership and partners</li><li>Participate in project handoff from business development and to field construction teams</li><li>Travel as needed to project sites to support foundation and racking construction to ensure customer satisfaction with Planted products and services</li><li>Time manage efficiently across multiple projects</li></ul>QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>4–8 years of experience managing solar (or renewable energy) projects</li><li>Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills</li><li>A track record of organization, adaptability, attention to detail, and project management skills</li><li>Driven and outcome-oriented.
