Works closely with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain to manage customer deadlines and technical requirements while proactively managing risks and expectations.</li><li>Maintains ongoing customer communication regarding schedule updates, delivery timelines, and technical coordination.</li><li>Ensures required factory or field testing approvals are received. Coordinates with Engineering and Operations to resolve issues when testing is not approved and determine corrective actions.</li><li>Ensures project execution team develops Operations &amp; Maintenance (O&amp;M) manuals in alignment with project scope, utility and municipal standards, and contractual requirements.</li><li>Coordinates shipping, delivery, and invoicing activities in accordance with project plans.
