Deliver pallets or carts to the designated packing area/station.</li><li>Order Processing / Shipping: Prepare and package orders for shipment. Complete computer transactions, apply shipping paperwork to products, and load trucks as required.</li><li>Receiving / Put Away: Unload trucks using a sit-down forklift. Accurately check in shipments, verify contents against packing lists, and move products from the dock to designated storage locations via forklift, order picker, or turret truck.</li><li>Participate in annual physical inventory activities.</li><li>Follow all company PPE and safety requirements.</li><li>Contribute continuous improvement ideas to enhance warehouse efficiency, safety, and organization.</li><li>Participate in Xylem Watermark volunteer activities.</li></ul>Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills, Abilities, License/Certification):<ul><li>Experience operating various types of material handling equipment.</li><li>Ability to perform frequent bending and lifting of products.</li><li>Team-oriented with strong organizational skills.</li><li>Comfortable using computers and scanning equipment.</li><li>High School Diploma or GED required; 1–2 years of warehouse-related experience preferred.</li></ul>Physical Demands:<ul><li>Ability to stand for 8 hours per shift.</li><li>Frequent arm movement, walking, bending, and stooping required.</li><li>Must be able to lift and handle medium-weight parts up to 35 lbs.</li></ul>Compensation and Benefits: The estimated salary range for this position is $19 to $23. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience, and work location, and is not typically at the top of the range.
