AECOM is actively seeking an entry level Environmental Engineer for employment within our Environmental Remediation Practices group in our Novi, Michigan office to support soil and groundwater investigations and remediation projects. The ideal candidate will be willing and able to learn new skills and methods on challenging field and office assignments in a collaborative team environment.This position is expected to begin in February 2026.Tasks will include:<ul><li>Conducting environmental field work, including collecting soil, groundwater, and remediation system data, groundwater sampling, fluid level gauging and oversight of subcontractors.</li><li>Operations and maintenance of surface water treatment system.</li><li>Produce accurate and complete documentation of operation, inspections and compliance</li><li>Field document preparation, field data collection, processing and interpretation.</li><li>Supporting office tasks, including data analysis and report preparation.</li><li>Interpret and record data, conduct analyses, compare findings to relevant studies and local, state and federal regulations to ensure compliance</li><li>Travel to project locations including driving and overnight stays.</li></ul>
