These markets include aerospace and defense, factory automation, air and water quality environmental monitoring, electronics design and development, oceanographic research, deepwater oil and gas exploration and production, medical imaging and pharmaceutical research.​We are looking for individuals who thrive on making an impact and want the excitement of being on a team that wins.  Job Description  We are a seeking an experienced assembler who has the ability to perform a wide variety of electronic, electro-mechanical, mechanical or measurement product assembly operations on product components, assemblies or sub-assemblies.What you’ll doThe essential functions and key responsibilities for the position include, but are not limited to:<ul><li>Follow production drawings, procedures and work instructions in detail, understands and applies established workmanship practices for all facets of satellites, medical, defense/aerospace and high reliability industrial applications</li><li>Ensure that quality checks are completed throughout the manufacturing process.</li><li>Operate and set up Dage 400 and K &amp; S 4124 Manual Wire Bonding equipment to perform thermosonic gold wire and aluminum wire bonding.</li><li>Strong problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively with other teammates, quality control and process engineers to ensure product meets strict specifications.</li><li>Attentiveness to details and adherence to safety and cleanliness protocols are essential.</li><li>Assist with training as required.</li><li>Perform Bond Pull, Die Shear and Sheer Strength Test as determined by Supervisor.</li><li>Delicate hand assembly of electronics devices using solder, epoxy, and wire bonding techniques specifically under the microscopes.</li><li>Inspect completed work to quality requirements.</li></ul>What you need<ul><li>Possess excellent manual dexterity, manufacturing knowledge.
