Employee Relations and Regulatory Compliance<ul><li>Oversee the management of employee relations in the countries under their scope, in partnership with the EMEA Employee Relations team.</li><li>Lead collective agreement negotiations and ensure a constructive social dialogue with employee representatives.</li><li>Ensure compliance with legal obligations and support local HR teams in managing relationships with labour institutions.</li></ul>3. Leadership, Key Talent Development and Employee Engagement<ul><li>Act as a strategic HR advisor to the CEO and COO of Continental Europe on leadership, talent development and managerial culture.</li><li>Define and lead leadership development programmes and HR initiatives targeting key talent and senior profiles, in close collaboration with HRBPs and COEs.</li><li>Oversee annual HR campaigns (Talent &amp; Succession Planning, Performance Review, Development Planning) to enhance engagement, recognition and professional growth.</li><li>Actively contribute to fostering an inclusive, high-performance and employee-driven culture across the region.</li></ul>4. Compensation and Benefits<ul><li>Define and oversee compensation &amp; benefits policies based on market benchmarks, in partnership with the Reward team.</li><li>Drive pay equity and ensure transparency in remuneration practices.</li><li>Work with COEs to optimise compensation packages across Continental Europe.</li></ul>5. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI)<ul><li>Develop and implement a regional DEI strategy in partnership with the Head of DEI and aligned with TP ICAP’s global objectives.</li><li>Ensure the integration of DEI principles into all HR policies (recruitment, career management, compensation, training, etc.).</li><li>Collaborate with COEs, Group HR teams, and managers to embed DEI initiatives into the organization.</li></ul>6.
