Your role is based in Singapore where you will work within a diverse business enablement team as well as other colleagues in the Asia region.Your key tasks and responsibilities will be to support the HR operations needs of various business units, HRBPs, HR Centers Of Excellence (COE) and most importantly, our employees in Singapore. The roles &amp; responsibilities include all Singapore-specific HR related operational activities of our employee’s career cycle. You will work in close collaboration with our global HR Operations colleagues, and you will provide local expertise ensuring compliance with relevant local and national regulations.To be successful in this role, you should be familiar with HR operational and Singapore payroll processes and also with HR software, Workday. You need to be able to build strong relationships with your stakeholders and be able to work with various teams collaboratively. You will ensure our HR Operations meet our business needs and are functional and cost-effective. As an experienced member of the team, you can take independent responsibility for tasks within your own scope of responsibility.                         Your key responsibilities will be:<ul><li>Collaborate with HRBP and HR COEs to implement policy changes based on laws, compliance, and business needs.</li><li>Support HRBP, HRD, Legal, and Compliance in HR projects rollout.</li><li>Provide advice and handle employee enquiries on HR-related matters.</li><li>Coordinate with Global HR Operations team on providing end-to-end employee lifecycle support, including onboarding and offboarding processes, with focus on local legislation.</li><li>Manage entire work pass process with MOM, including applications, issuance, renewals, and cancellations.</li><li>Collaborate with our Global Payroll Operations team and external payroll vendor on payroll queries requiring local expertise</li><li>Ensure timely and accurate submissions for government claims (e.g., government paid leaves, NS makeup claims).</li><li>Administer employee benefits programs, including Workmen Injury Compensation insurance and health and safety activities.</li><li>Assist in submitting MOM surveys and updating business census.</li><li>Maintain and support employee-related reports for HR and business purposes.</li><li>Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS System - Workday.</li></ul>
