This position requires a strategic thinker with strong technical and analytical skills to drive efficiency and effectiveness in moves management and fundraising efforts. </p><p>The Manager will work on a range of administrative, strategic, and operational objectives, ensuring that the Chief Growth Officer (CGO) can focus on key priorities. Their day-to-day work will ensure that Prime’s partnerships team has the data it needs to effectively manage many different relationships and initiatives across the organization.</p><h2><strong>Development Database Management and Data Visualization 65%</strong></h2><ul><li>Manage fundraising CRM (Raiser’s Edge NXT), including but not limited to gift data entry, opportunities, constituent data entry, structure, maintenance, policies, and processes</li><li>Develop and implement data governance policies to ensure integrity and consistency; oversee any necessary data cleanup and file streamlining (e.g., de-dupe files). Conduct regular audits for accuracy and completeness. Create automations for efficiency. Implement data quality control measures</li><li>Coordinate with IT for security and backups; ensure proper integration with other systems</li><li>Manage user access and permissions and train staff on Prime’s fundraising CRM</li><li>Establish and refine reports and dashboards to track and evaluate progress toward organizational, department, and individual fundraising objectives and results, to measure best practice metrics, and to enable data-informed fundraising activity and targets.
