<ul><li>Operations Development: You will play an important role in defining how to operate the largest Direct Air Capture plants in the world in the most efficient way. You will map processes, document what exists, and engage with the wider teams to design what’s next. You will be involved in discussions involving each of our end-to-end value streams, gaining an extensive oversight of all activities in Climeworks. </li></ul><ul><li>Collaboration with Partners: You will work closely with colleagues across all departments and will have exposure to leaders in every business unit. Your role will be to understand how they work, and translate this information into process flows, creating new procedural documents.  </li></ul><ul><li>Communication &amp; Presentation: You will communicate results, findings, and observations clearly and concisely to peers, and present them in business reviews. You will serve as a collaborator and advisor on projects aimed at process optimization and operational development, and contribute to strategic initiatives to scale DAC technology. </li></ul><ul><li>Experience: You are currently enrolled in, or have recently completed a bachelor or master’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or other related fields of study. Experience in corporate management, quality management, or audit/compliance will be a plus. </li></ul><ul><li>Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with business process modelling, quality management systems, or legal and compliance will be a plus. </li></ul><ul><li>Working Style: You are proactive, innovative, and collaborative. You can work across disciplines and support others in their activities.
