This role will focus on the Control Room Operator (CRO) program. This role is responsible for the Systematic Approach to Training process and the ADDIE training model to support the Plant Training group in turning complex technical data into student-centered training for nuclear power plant workers. They will assist operators, technicians, and other plant staff positions to learn the skills they need to safely operate and maintain the plant and comply with the rules set by regulators, company, and our suppliers and clients.
