Position OverviewWe are seeking a strategic and execution-focused leader to drive Apollo’s Credit &amp; Insurance technology strategy.  This role is central to delivering on Apollo’s growth plan, overseeing significant technology investment and integration of new portfolio, trading, and risk platforms.The Digital Product Management Lead will sit within Credit COO, partnering closely with senior stakeholders across the firm to build a best-in-class strategic technology platform.  The ideal candidate will bring a blend of market experience, transformational leadership, and technical fluency to help scale the business effectively.  This individual will lead a team of Product Managers aligned to specific platforms, driving cohesive delivery, prioritization, and execution across front-office, trading, risk, and data platforms.Primary Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead the Global Credit &amp; Insurance technology strategy, managing vendor partnerships, platform implementation, and internal builds.</li><li>Oversee the buildout of Apollo’s proprietary front-office platform and ensure seamless integration with vendor solutions to create a unified investment and risk environment.</li><li>In partnership with the Credit CTO, define and own the technology product vision, roadmap, and project execution across the Credit business.</li><li>Build and lead a high-performing product team, fostering accountability, transparency, and collaboration across business and technology.</li><li>Partner with the COO organization and senior business stakeholders to bridge business, technology, and external partners, turning strategic ideas into scalable, efficient, and commercially aligned solutions.</li><li>Drive adoption, change management, and KPIs/SLAs so platforms are reliable, measurable, and actively used by PMs, traders, and risk.</li><li>Monitor program progress, proactively ensuring accountability for delivery outcomes by clearing blockers and managing emerging risks.</li><li>Communicate the strategic vision and subsequent program updates to various stakeholders at all levels across the organization.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.</li><li>15+ years of relevant experience in product management, technology, or transformation leadership within financial services.</li><li>Preferred knowledge of Order Management Systems and Risk Platforms, and familiarity with front-office investment and risk workflows.</li><li>Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of building and mentoring high-performing teams and influencing senior executives.</li><li>Strong understanding of technology builds, integrations, and implementations</li><li>Ability to navigate complex vendor relationships and internal processes to align technology delivery with business strategy and governance.</li><li>Background in trading or risk roles preferred, with deep appreciation for credit markets, portfolio management, and risk practices.</li></ul>Firm OverviewApollo is a high-growth, global alternative asset manager.
