GOFO delivers not just parcels but reliability, efficiency, and peace of mind — at every stage of the local delivery journey.</p><p>Due to business expansion, GOFO is offering an opportunity for the position of Procurement Specialist in our office located in Amsterdam.</p><h2>Tasks</h2><ul><li>Execute daily and project-based procurement to ensure sufficient and timely material supply.</li><li>Communicate with suppliers for quotation, price comparison, and order follow-up.</li><li>Manage contracts, invoices, and payment processes in coordination with the finance team.</li><li>Maintain supplier information, performance records, and procurement data.</li><li>Support process optimization and ensure compliance in procurement operations.</li></ul><h2>Requirements</h2><ul><li>Must have valid work authorization in the Netherlands (no visa sponsorship available).</li><li>Must hold a valid driving license.</li><li>Relevant educational background and 1–3 years of experience in procurement or supplier management.</li><li>Strong negotiation, coordination, and analytical skills.</li><li>Familiar with Excel and ERP systems (e.g., Kingdee, SAP).</li><li>Fluent in English (written and spoken); Dutch is a plus.</li></ul>
