Responsibilities<br>                                <ul><li>Lead the development and execution of comprehensive project plans, defining objectives, budgets, schedules, resource allocations, and performance metrics.</li><li>Own the technical scope of BESS projects, including component specification, design validation, and integration planning.</li><li>Drive and oversee technical reviews of supplier documentation to ensure compliance with project and regulatory standards.</li><li>Coordinate and lead factory acceptance tests (FAT) and site acceptance tests (SAT) for all major components including battery racks, PCS, PPC, and SCADA systems.</li><li>Act as the primary technical liaison between internal teams, clients, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle.</li><li>Supervise the design process to ensure alignment with contractual obligations and technical specifications.</li><li>Manage commissioning activities and ensure seamless integration of BESS components into the broader energy system.</li><li>Prepare and deliver comprehensive project documentation for client handover, including version-controlled technical records.</li><li>Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and support cross-functional collaboration across engineering, procurement, and construction teams.</li></ul>                            Requirements<br>                                <ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within renewable energy sectors (PV, Wind, Microgrid, or BESS).</li><li>In-depth technical knowledge of BESS components, PCS, and substation systems.</li><li>Proven experience with on-site BESS integration, electrical system design, protection &amp; control, and SAT procedures.</li><li>Strong understanding of communication protocols such as RS485, CANBUS, Modbus TCP/RTU.</li><li>Familiarity with international codes, standards, and regulations (UK, EU; Australia and USA are a plus).</li><li>Knowledge of grid services and BESS applications such as FFR, DC, and other ancillary services.</li><li>Willingness to travel across Europe and internationally up to 20–30% of the time.</li></ul>                            We offer you<br>                                <ul><li>A dynamic environment with high responsibilities and an independent working style</li><li>The opportunity for professional development and growth in one of the most fast-growing industries.</li><li>An environment of open communication where all ideas and opinions are valued</li><li>Collaboration with an international and diverse team from all over Europe</li><li>Possibility for remote work</li><li>Qualified training and support with our buddy system</li><li>A detailed introduction to our product portfolio</li><li>Competitive salary and a great bonus structure</li><li>Attractive additional benefits that vary depending on the country</li></ul>
