We are dedicated to cultivating an equitable and inclusive environment that embraces our differences, and supports and celebrates all of our team members.</div>What You’ll Do:<ul><li>Lead a team responsible for planning and budgeting for the Engineering organization by collaborating with senior management and business groups to design, track and measure annual operating and financial plan</li><li>Refine data systems and tools to track performance, provide reporting solutions and enhance operational insights</li><li>Collaborate with the business stakeholders to provide analytical rigor and evaluate strategic initiatives</li><li>Create and monitor KPIs to measure performance against key financial objectives</li><li>Create internal &amp; external executive reporting documents including board, financial close and other management presentations</li><li>Partner with other cross functional teams to implement process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency of financial data analytics</li><li>Deploy data visualization dashboards via BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio etc</li><li>Strong knowledge of financial planning and ERP systems such as Adaptive Planning, SAP etc.</li></ul>What You Need:<ul><li>8+ years of experience in Finance or related field</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or accounting; MBA strongly preferred</li><li>2+ years of experience leading a finance team with direct reports</li><li>Experience supporting R&amp;D, Engineering, or Product Development teams in a manufacturing environment</li><li>Strong knowledge of Finance and accounting processes, data structures and systems in a public company environment</li><li>Experience with FP&amp;A software tools (Adaptive) and ERP systems (SAP)</li><li>Exceptional collaboration and interpersonal skills </li><li>Strong excel modeling analytical skills to influence data based decisions</li><li>Highly organized with an strong attention to detail</li><li>Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment</li></ul>Please note that this job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position and does not include an exhaustive list of responsibilities and qualifications.At Archer we aim to attract, retain, and motivate talent that possess the skills and leadership necessary to grow our business.
