AECOM is seeking a highly talented Marketing Proposal Supervisor to join our West Specialist Team and work in collaboration with the West Region Advisory Services business development and operations team on pursuits, including partnering in the preparation of formal and informal client solicitations, including expressions of interest (EOI), requests for qualifications (RFQ), requests for proposals (RFP), and pre-qualification efforts.This will be a hybrid position including a combination of both remote and in-office, that can be based in, but not limited to: Chicago, IL.  Job Responsibilities will include:  <ul><li>Leads large/complex proposals that may involve multiple business lines and regions, and supports from capture through to interview stage, as required. May facilitate workshops/sessions to support the capture manager in development of the win strategy,   </li><li>Able to serve as coach for interview, Q&amp;A and preparing team.  </li><li>Facilitates color reviews (Pink and Red team), and applies lessons learned to add value to proposal and win plan. Serves as color team and/or compliance reviewer on other proposals. May co-present sections of Readiness Reviews during capture stage.  </li><li>Participates actively in Go/No-Go decisions by providing recommendations, may facilitate greenlight analyses as part of advanced capture planning and positioning activities, supports compliance with delegation of authority guidelines and legal  </li><li>Analyzes internal debriefs and client feedback on proposals to ensure and demonstrate continuous improvement and identifies trends, lesson learned or future best practices across clients or markets. </li><li>May serve as subject matter expert for specific client/portfolio or sector. Actively supports marketing or pursuit strategy, content development related to clients/markets, in collaboration with marketing communications, campaigns, client account managers (CAMs) and business lines, as necessary. </li><li>May contribute to the development and implementation/presentation of internal training content, and lead special projects, as assigned. </li><li>May have direct reports </li><li>Responsible for results of proposal activity</li></ul>
