In this crucial role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards while supporting our organization's commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy workplace.</p><ul><li>Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive safety and health programs, systems, and procedures</li><li>Conduct regular risk assessments and hazard identification across various work areas</li><li>Monitor and prevent potential hazards and occupational diseases in the workplace</li><li>Investigate accidents, injuries, and complaints related to workplace safety</li><li>Provide expert advice on environmental, health, and safety matters to management and employees</li><li>Ensure compliance with federal and state regulatory requirements</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate safety practices into daily operations</li><li>Deliver safety training programs and promote a culture of safety awareness</li><li>Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports on safety performance and incidents</li><li>Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in safety, health, and environmental management</li></ul>
