These include, but are not restricted to, track and infrastructure inspection and measurements. Collaborating with our computer vision, data analytics and software engineering teams, you will participate in cutting-edge applied research on automated railway inspection.Essential Requirements <ul><li>Coding experience for at least one programming language such as Python (preferable) or C/C++</li><li>Excellent analytical, teamwork and communication skills</li><li>Enthusiasm for the development of cutting-edge computer vision and machine learning technologies</li></ul>Desirable<ul><li>Some knowledge of the following would be beneficial:<ul><li>Deep learning libraries such as PyTorch or Tensorflow</li><li>Image processing, computer vision and machine learning techniques</li><li>Industrial programming technologies such as Linux and Git</li></ul></li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program with the option to include a 12-month industrial placement</li><li>Studying Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field</li></ul>Thank you for your interest in Hitachi Rail.
