Conduct thorough contract reviews and provide guidance on the interpretation and application of key operational (sub-)clauses.</li><li>Manage the commercial execution of contracts and ensure that all parties comply with the contract requirements and obligations. Report on contract status, execution, and deliverables. </li><li>Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies in accordance with contract terms. Offer proactive advice to avoid or minimise risks that could impact cost or time. </li><li>Lead negotiations on claims and contract variations with contractors.
