Role OverviewThe Associate Director – Structures will provide strategic leadership and technical expertise for structural engineering projects across the Middle East region. This role involves overseeing engineering production activities, ensuring technical excellence, and managing relationships with senior stakeholders. The ideal candidate will demonstrate creativity, foresight, and mature judgment in delivering complex projects with multidisciplinary teams.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Support, oversee, and coordinate engineering production activities for the operating unit.</li><li>Make decisions and recommendations recognized by authorities and clients.</li><li>Initiate and maintain contact with senior-level management within the company; skilled in dispute resolution and negotiation of critical issues.</li><li>Demonstrate understanding of project delivery requirements and lead multidisciplinary teams to achieve project goals.</li><li>Anticipate and solve routine and unusual operational problems; determine objectives and requirements for diverse engineering activities.</li><li>Organize programs and projects, develop standards and guides, and ensure high-quality technical excellence.</li><li>Operate with broad general objectives and administrative supervision.</li><li>Train and grow the juniors with technical training programs</li></ul>
