We are seeking a highly skilled Bid Manager to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this critical role, you will lead the development and submission of high-quality bids and proposals, ensuring our organization's competitive edge in securing new business opportunities.You will Interfaces with business line growth team and operations to support the process of winning work. Leads responses to client RFI/RFQ/RFPs and applies standard pursuit processes to ensure efficiency in schedule and bid compliance. Responsible for print, electronic and oral proposal deliverables. Provides market research and competitive intelligence and leverages data systems and tools to support proposal strategy and business strategic planning efforts. Job Summary<ul><li>Leads large/complex proposals that may involve multiple business lines and regions, and supports from capture through to interview stage, as required. May facilitate workshops/sessions to support the capture manager in development of the win strategy, </li><li>Able to serve as coach for interview, Q&amp;A and preparing team.</li><li>Facilitates color reviews (Pink and Red team), and applies lessons learned to add value to proposal and win plan. Serves as color team and/or compliance reviewer on other proposals. May co-present sections of Readiness Reviews during capture stage.</li><li>Participates actively in Go/No-Go decisions by providing recommendations, may facilitate greenlight analyses as part of advanced capture planning and positioning activities, supports compliance with delegation of authority guidelines and legal</li><li>Analyzes internal debriefs and client feedback on proposals to ensure and demonstrate continuous improvement and identifies trends, lesson learned or future best practices across clients or markets.</li><li>May serve as subject matter expert for specific client/portfolio or sector.
