PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:<ul style="margin-bottom:11px;"><li style="margin-bottom:11px;">Review and understand the terms and conditions of project contract requirements.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px;">Full understanding of the scope of work to be performed.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px;">Successfully manage project budgets, schedules, resource and workforce allocation. </li><li style="margin-bottom:11px;">Oversee and manage subcontractors.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px;">Participate in project coordination meeting as required by the client.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px;">Make timely decisions and direction to ensure project success.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px;">Support and enforce all safety programs and initiatives.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px;">Monitor proper utilization/management of Company-Owned and rented equipment.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px;">Direct supervision of project site team including General Foreman, Yard Manager, Safety, QA/QC and other required site staff.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px;">Development and updating of all project schedules and other management reports.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px;">Develop site construction methods and practices.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px;">Support all Company training and employee development activities and provide appropriate input and feedback, as necessary.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px;">Ensure that all work meets the highest standards of workmanship, and that all work and materials are in compliance with project specifications and drawings.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px;">Assume additional duties and responsibilities as delegated by the management team.  </li></ul>SKILLS:<ul style="margin-bottom:11px;"><li style="margin-bottom:11px;">Ability to effectively communicate at all levels.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px;">Utilize innovative and effective leadership techniques to maximize employee and project performance.</li></ul>----------------------------------------------------------------------------- BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:<ul style="margin-bottom:11px;"><li style="margin-bottom:11px;">Bachelor’s degree in construction management or project leadership experience successfully completing multi-million-dollar construction projects.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px;">Have a good working knowledge of computers and basic software applications.</li></ul> OUR MISSION: Sargent Electric Company strives to provide project management excellence and exceptional workmanship on every job.  Our employees and our reputation are the cornerstone of our business.  We are a team of highly skilled professionals with an unwavering commitment to safety.  We perform every job knowing that our work is part of the lives of our people and our communities.
