Here is what you will do: <ul><li>Day-to-day administration support to our PM and BS team.</li><li>Manage and maintain all project documents, including drawings, specifications, and reports, on the Common Data Environment (CDE).</li><li>Ensure that all documents are correctly named, filed, and stored in accordance with company standards and project requirements.</li><li>Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely submission and approval of documents.</li><li>Monitor document control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with project and company standards.</li><li>Uploading drawings / document to the CDE</li><li>Extracting information from CDE and collation / preparation of monthly reports.</li><li>Circulating weekly site inspection trackers regarding upcoming inspections</li><li>Provide training and support to project teams on document control procedures and the use of the CDE.</li><li>Conduct regular audits of the document control system to ensure accuracy and completeness.</li><li>Generate reports on document status and progress as required.</li><li>Assist in the preparation of project documentation for handover to clients.</li><li>Have a key focus on reporting, analyzing and communicating project activity.</li><li>Implement and maintain processes and standards for consistency and drive project governance.</li><li>Have thorough understanding of AECOM's relevant procedures and processes.</li></ul>
