This role is responsible for developing and optimizing multi-channel engagement strategies that deepen donor relationships and increase long-term value across our Sustainer, Justice Partner, and one-time donor audiences.  </div><div>  </div><div>This role is highly collaborative, working closely with the Digital Fundraising &amp; Engagement (DFE) team, as well as members of the Outreach &amp; Membership Services (OMS) and Development Operations, ensuring that every touchpoint -- email, SMS, paid media, and direct mail -- is driven by data-informed insights and an integrated approach to retention, stewardship, and growth. </div><div> </div><div>The position reports to the Senior Director of Digital Fundraising &amp; Engagement.  </div><div> </div><div><span>The Sr. Audience Manager is expected to work a full-time (37.5 hours/week) schedule, and work remotely in the U.S.</span></div><div> </div><div>This is a non-supervisory position. </div><div> </div><div><strong>What you'll do:</strong></div><div> </div><div><div><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Audience Management and Strategy (50%) </span></div><div><ul><li>In partnership with DFE and OMS, design and implement data-driven strategies that increase retention, deepen engagement, and maximize lifetime value across online and offline channels, including but not limited to automations, customized outreach language, integrated cross-channel targeting. </li><li>Manage the development of activists to first-time donor pipelines, developing integrated strategies to increase conversion rates in coordination with the Digital Advocacy team. </li><li>Pursue innovative, best-in-class approaches to communications work, and share those learnings with colleagues. Maintain an ongoing understanding of communications best practices and movement trends to ensure Earthjustice leads, not just follows. </li></ul></div><div><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Analysis and Testing (30%) </span></div><div><ul><li>Establish short and long-term goals and evaluation process for KPIs across donor acquisition, retention, and upgrades.
