We are seeking a highly motivated, resourceful, and exceptionally organized Analyst to the CEO to serve as a critical liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. This role is a unique opportunity to gain comprehensive exposure to the strategic and operational core of the company. <h3>Your Responsibility</h3>You’ll manage a diverse portfolio of responsibilities, ranging from executive communications and marketing support to complex logistical and administrative management. This position requires exceptional judgment, discretion, and a proactive, "can-do" attitude. As an Analyst to the CEO, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with large, global companies to help them understand and reduce their carbon footprint. You'll support our CEO directly, gaining hands-on experience in the sustainability and greentech industry.1. Strategic Communication &amp; Marketing Support<ul><li>Marketing Material Development: Assist in the preparation, editing, and formatting of high-impact presentations, reports, proposals, and other marketing/investor materials.</li><li>External Communications: draft, proofread, and manage correspondence, emails, and internal memos on behalf of the CEO.</li></ul>2. Partner &amp; Prospect Engagement<ul><li>Call Management: Act as the first point of contact for external partners and prospects, professionally taking, screening, and directing incoming calls and managing follow-up communications.</li><li>Meeting Participation: Attend key business meetings, take detailed, high-quality notes, and ensure timely follow-up on action items and commitments.</li><li>Information Synthesis: Research and compile market, competitor, or prospect intelligence to prepare the CEO for crucial engagements.</li></ul>3. Project Management &amp; Administration<ul><li>Information Flow: Facilitate efficient information flow between the CEO's office and senior leadership, departments, and external entities.</li><li>Expense Management: Track, reconcile, and submit expense reports accurately and promptly.</li><li>Ad Hoc Projects: Take ownership of and execute various special projects and initiatives as directed by the CEO, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>2+ years of experience in an Analyst, Chief of Staff, or similar role supporting senior executives.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred.</li><li>Expert level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and Google Workspace. Experience with social media management tools is a plus.</li><li>Core Competencies:</li><ul><li>Exceptional Communication in English: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate clearly and professionally with all levels of stakeholders.
