Job Description:<h3></h3>The Program Manager, GTM &amp; Monetization will support execution of Nextpower’s product and service workstreams focused on market readiness, commercial rollout, and internal alignment. This individual will coordinate activities across Product, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Field Services to ensure smooth execution, clear accountability, and timely delivery of all milestones. They will maintain rollout trackers, readiness checklists, and summarize progress across workstreams for biweekly executive reporting.<h1></h1><h1>Key Responsibilities</h1>Commercial Rollout &amp; Execution<ul><li>Support implementation of rollout plans across multiple product and service workstreams.</li><li>Maintain standardized trackers, checklists, and milestone dashboards to monitor progress and dependencies.</li><li>Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure readiness and timely execution of deliverables.</li><li>Identify risks and escalate issues to ensure accountability and on-time completion.</li></ul><h2>Cross-Functional Coordination</h2><ul><li>Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Field Services to align timelines, materials, and resources.</li><li>Track enablement activities including training, communications, and launch documentation.</li><li>Ensure consistent visibility and communication across functions to maintain execution discipline.</li></ul><h2>Reporting &amp; Executive Visibility</h2><ul><li>Prepare concise biweekly executive summaries highlighting status, risks, and next steps across all workstreams.</li><li>Maintain high-level dashboards and trackers to support leadership visibility.</li><li>Monitor KPIs related to rollout execution, adoption, and overall readiness.</li></ul><h2>Process &amp; Tools</h2><ul><li>Standardize rollout templates, progress trackers, and communication frameworks.</li><li>Support continuous improvement of commercial implementation processes across products and regions.</li></ul><h2>Qualifications</h2><ul><li>5+ years of experience in program or project management supporting commercial, GTM, or operations execution.</li><li>Strong organizational and communication skills; proven ability to coordinate across multiple teams.</li><li>Proficiency in project tracking and reporting tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, Excel, PowerPoint).</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; PMP certification preferred.</li></ul><h2>Preferred Experience</h2><ul><li>Experience in solar, renewable energy, or industrial technology industries.</li><li>Familiarity with product commercialization, market rollout, and cross-functional program execution.</li><li>Understanding of solar project lifecycles and operational implementation practices.</li></ul>Nextpower offers a comprehensive benefits package.
