<div>Finance DirectorAs CreditNature matures from a start-up to a thriving, growing business, we are looking for a Finance Director to oversee all financial aspects of the business and drive the company’s financial strategy. You will be a key member of the senior leadership team, responsible not only for robust financial management but also for commercial decision support, investor relations and risk management. You will own our financial model and controls, support commercial negotiations, and help ensure that our growth is sustainable and well-governed. We are looking for the ability to challenge constructively while working collaboratively. An understanding of and interest in rewilding is desirable. Main PurposeTo lead CreditNature’s finance function, ensuring strong financial management, insightful commercial support and effective investor reporting, while building the systems, controls and analysis needed to support our growth and impact. Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead financial planning, forecasting and scenario modelling, providing clear insight on performance, risks and opportunities to the CEO and Board.</li><li>Maintain a clear view of the company’s financial position and cashflow, putting in place appropriate controls, systems and processes to support growth in an emerging market.</li><li>Own commercial finance: pricing strategy, deal modelling, margin analysis and revenue recognition, acting as a senior member of the commercial team.</li><li>Define and maintain standard commercial terms, contract and NDA templates, and approval workflows, including guardrails on key financial terms such as payment terms, credit limits and liability caps.</li><li>Provide financial oversight of key contractor and supplier arrangements, partnering with Operations to ensure appropriate challenge and management of major spend categories.</li><li>Maintain delegated authorities, spending controls, treasury and cash-management processes to ensure strong financial governance.</li><li>Oversee corporate cards, authority levels and access to financial systems, working closely with Operations to ensure smooth, well-controlled processes.</li><li>Provide final sign-off on payroll and statutory submissions delivered through outsourced finance providers.</li><li>Work with Operations to support broader risk and compliance activities, including basic legal, data and operational risk, as a key finance stakeholder.</li></ul> Qualifications:EssentialFully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).Degree, ideally in a relevant subject, or equivalent experience.DesirableXero or similar cloud accounting software and strong Excel / financial modelling skills. More information: <ul><li>Job type: Full time, permanent (4 day per week also considered at a pro-rata salary)</li><li>Start date: Q1 2026 </li><li>Salary: Starting at £75,000.00.</li><li>Location: UK based Remote-worker.
