You’ll work closely with end-users, troubleshooting advanced issues, and performing repairs on legacy systems, particularly focusing on energy storage. This role requires strong organizational skills, autonomy, and the ability to thrive in diverse working environments. You will be part of the West Europe team and will be reporting to a team leader based in The Netherlands. Your planning and scheduling will be done by a Service Coordinator with a minimum two weeks ahead planning. You must reside in the Clermont-Ferrand area to perform this role.What you will be doing<ul><li style="font-family:sans-serif , arial , helvetica;font-size:10.0pt;"><div>Perform on-site repairs: Support installers with diagnosing and resolving technical issues, focusing on Enphase Storage and Energy Management Systems.
