<p>We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Public Relations Coordinator to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Public Relations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective PR strategies to enhance our organization's reputation and visibility in the region.</p><ul><li>Work closely with the project manager and communications team to align PR activities with project milestones.</li><li>Support preparation of visual content including project photos, videos, and social media materials (if applicable).</li><li>Ensure transparency, professionalism, and positive representation of the organization and project at all times.</li><li>Assist in managing public concerns, complaints, or negative publicity in coordination with project leadership.</li><li>Prepare drafted responses and communication strategies for potential issues affecting the project’s public image.</li><li>Maintain communication readiness for emergencies or incidents as per project communication protocols.</li><li>Organize site tours, VIP visits, and client inspections in coordination with the HSE and project teams.</li><li>Support planning and execution of project-related events and community meetings.</li><li>Ensure all events comply with company protocols, branding guidelines, and safety procedures.</li><li>aintain up-to-date records of communication materials, approvals, media coverage, and stakeholder correspondences.</li><li>Prepare weekly or monthly PR reports highlighting activities, key issues, and upcoming communication tasks.</li><li>Coordinate the development of project brochures, progress reports, and promotional materials.</li><li>Prepare internal circulars, memos, and communication materials for project staff.</li><li>Support senior management in drafting speeches, presentations, and official statements.</li><li>Maintain consistent branding and messaging across all communication channels.</li><li>Manage media inquiries and coordinate interviews, site visits, and official statements.</li><li>Assist in preparing communication materials for media coverage, including advertisements, articles, and project updates.</li></ul>
