AECOM is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technology Solutions Security Leader to lead the Security specialty within the Technology Solutions practice. The candidate will be responsible for the following areas.Leadership Competencies<ul><li>Articulates the Technology Solutions’ strategy and vision and effectively implements the strategy across regions and market sectors.</li><li>Client leader with guiding industry knowledge, and recognized specialization in a particular field of expertise or service within the Technology Solutions practice.</li><li>Major client contact.</li><li>Consistently delivers on client goals, objectives, and requests.</li><li>Regularly meets with clients to prepare and negotiate fees and contracts.</li><li>Manages multiple project teams with overall responsibility for work quality, employee growth and profitability.</li><li>Implements defined operational duties required to reach identified goals and develops and nurtures existing and prospective client relationships.</li><li>Works to advance our reputation for quality and industry leadership.</li><li>Strong Mentor and coach within the team.</li></ul>Financial Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and lead plan to impact revenue and growth.</li><li>Exhibits an advanced understanding of business principles and effectively utilizes available financial tools to facilitate intelligent decisions regarding company resources.</li><li>Works with the Technology Solutions practice leader to establish budgets and profitability targets for the specialty they manage.</li><li>Understands and is held accountable for actions that impact profit and loss.</li><li>Responsible for maintaining their team’s utilization ratio. </li></ul>Revenue Generation<ul><li>Develops a client following; has high client retention; develops a reputation and recognition outside of the firm, in management, a business sector, service line, or specific technology.</li><li>Takes a lead role in business development, identifying and cultivating new relationships.</li><li>Conducts research on potential prospects and directs approach to attain a successful competitive advantage for the opportunity.</li><li>Frequently prepares and leads marketing interviews.</li><li>Negotiates contracts.</li><li>Identifies, maintains, and cultivates essential relationships.        </li></ul>
