The role is primarily responsible for providing<span> input in preparation of contractor's certification, resolving disputes and providing all necessary support for claims resolution &amp; arbitration proceedings</span></p><p></p><p><b>Job Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li><h3>Contract administration</h3></li><li><h3><span>Assist the client and the consultant on contractual issues</span></h3></li><li><h3>Assist TL to ensure quality of construction conforms to specification and international standards.</h3></li><li><h3>Prepare contractor's certificates; resolve disputes and provide all necessary support for claims resolution &amp; arbitration proceedings</h3></li><li><h3>Provide input in all contractual issues</h3></li><li><h3>Ensure quality and compliance with the FIDIC Silver contract and ER</h3></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>Key Requirements:</b></p><ul><li><h3>Graduate in relevant field</h3></li><li><h3>10-15 years of relevant experience</h3></li><li><h3>Experience in EPC/Turnkey projects will be preferred</h3></li><li><h3>Experience in FIDIC Silver book projects will be preferred</h3></li></ul><p></p><p>We value equity, diversity and inclusion and are committed to creating a work environment where everyone feels a sense of belonging and is empowered to do their best.
