Then come join us!Position summaryTrek’s Marketing Team is seeking Paid Search, Analytics and Tagging Specialists to elevate our global paid search activity to new heights as well as own the GTM/GA4 setup, tracking and data integrity of all digital marketing channels. This person will run paid search activity in a number of international markets, driving awareness, consideration, and ultimately high-quality traffic to Trekbikes.com and ensure all campaigns and channels are accurately measured and continuously optimized through accurate tracking.Paid Search Key Responsibilities: <ul><li>Lead the charge in owning and managing Google Ads, including Search Ads, Google Shopping, PMAX and dynamic remarketing for multiple international markets. Craft innovative strategies and execute day-to-day operations that elevate our online presence and support sales</li><li>Plan and execute local campaigns in alignment with the markets' broader business goals.</li><li>Adapt the strategy and planning in reflection of local market cultures, languages and nuances</li><li>Serve as one of our in-house expert in Google Ads.  Creating and optimizing campaigns to ensure success. Regularly report on Google Ads performance, conduct in-depth analyses, and uncover insights to identify new opportunities for our campaigns</li><li>Provide ongoing feedback and recommendations on day to day budget and approach based on performance, platform updates and industry insights</li><li>Work closely with other paid channel specialists to strategize a cohesive approach to budget, strategy and performance with a good understanding of the full media ecosystem</li><li>Leverage learnings across markets to elevate the brands overall global presence and success.</li><li>Stay Ahead of the Game: Keep a keen eye on industry trends and Google updates ensuring Trek remains at the forefront of digital marketing. </li></ul>Tag Management and Analytics Key Responsibilities: <ul><li>Own GTM containers: Tags, triggers, variables, environments, versioning and QA for all digital marketing channels.</li><li>Configure and maintain GA4 (events, conversions, custom dims/metrics, audiences) and ensure accurate cross-domain/ecommerce tracking.</li><li>Own GA4 data quality and maintain tagging with GTM</li></ul><ul><li>Align campaign naming, UTMs and taxonomy standards for consistent, trustworthy reporting.</li><li>Lead troubleshooting &amp; action solutions for tracking issues</li><li>Create and own roadmap of analytics improvements quantifying impact of fixes and reporting progress to stakeholders.</li></ul>Skills, Experience &amp; attributes<ul><li>8+ years of experience running paid search campaigns, ideally in multiple markets</li><li>Proven understanding and success of managing paid search campaigns as part of a wider brand strategy</li></ul><ul><li>Comprehensive understanding of digital advertising metrics </li></ul><ul><li>Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4); adept at data retrieval, dashboard creation, and audience development</li><li>Ability to manage time and priorities in alignment with the business goals</li><li>Ability to clearly communicate performance and strategy to team lead or internal stakeholders</li><li>Bring great energy and have a great sense of fun!</li></ul>We are an Equal Employment Opportunity (“EEO”) Employer.
