What will you do?    Your tasks and responsibilities: <ul><li>IT support for internal users with their IT related operations: accessibility, usability, hardware and software related issues</li><li>Dealing with phone, selfservice portal and email incidents and requests from IT users within whole Vattenfall</li><li>Analyse and remotely resolve simple and complex incidents and requests</li><li>Identify, diagnose and resolve problems together with other support teams</li><li>Participate in projects</li><li>Follow the implemented processes (ITIL) and internal routines</li><li>Contribute to continuous improvement of our daily work</li></ul> Location  We work in a hybrid way. Onboarding (2 weeks) takes place at the office in Katowice, and then we meet at the office approximately twice a month.
