Technical Business AnalystReporting to the Director, Information Technology, the Technical Business Analyst will support complex, cross-functional technology initiatives across the IT portfolio, including ERP migration and other strategic technology projects. This highly visible role partners closely with key business stakeholders, project teams, and IT leadership to ensure effective requirements gathering, process analysis, disciplined solution delivery, and alignment with business strategy. Here’s what we’re looking for:<ul><li>University degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science or related field; CBAP, CCBA or PBA an asset.</li><li>Minimum of 5 years' experience in an ERP Implementation or enterprise technology initiatives</li><li>A self-starter possessing a solution-driven attitude and a results-oriented mindset</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills to influence positive outcomes for the organization</li><li>Experience or knowledge in accounting and financial processes is a strong asset, e.g. Month end processes, AP/AR/GL, inventory management, fixed assets, etc.</li><li>Experience with data migration, API integration, and role-based security</li><li>Demonstrated ability to convert complex requirements into clear technical specifications and testable designs</li><li>Ability to manage multiple concurrent activities while maintaining a focus on prioritization and quality.</li><li>Proven track record in successful requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution delivery for ERP and integration implementations</li><li>Experience in analyzing data, queries and reports to support root cause analysis of reported issues</li><li>Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and IT service delivery</li><li>Excellent organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail</li></ul>Who is Spark Power?Spark Power is the leading independent provider of end-to-end electrical services and operations and maintenance services to the industrial, utility, and renewable asset markets in North America.
