You will be responsible for designing and implementing robust solutions to manage multiple audio streams (media, navigation, voice assistant, telephony, alerts) seamlessly across the system.</div><div> </div><div>Key Responsibilities</div><ul><li>Design and implement audio routing and stream management for infotainment systems.</li><li>Ensure proper handling of concurrent audio sources (media, calls, notifications) with priority rules.</li><li>Optimize audio performance and latency across<span> </span><strong>QNX</strong> and<span> </span><strong>Android Automotive</strong> platforms.</li><li>Collaborate with middleware, hardware, and UX teams to deliver a premium audio experience.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve audio-related issues, including synchronization and resource conflicts.</li><li>Define and monitor audio KPIs for quality and performance.</li></ul><div>Required Qualifications</div><ul><li>Technical Skills:</li><ul><li>Strong proficiency in<span> </span><strong>C/C++</strong> and experience with<span> </span><strong>QNX</strong> and<span> </span><strong>Android Automotive</strong>.</li><li>Deep understanding of audio frameworks, routing, and concurrency management.</li><li>Familiarity with audio codes, DSP concepts, and low-latency audio processing.</li></ul><li>Soft Skills:</li><ul><li>Ability to work in a global, cross-functional team.</li><li>Strong focus on quality and user experience.</li><li>Excellent technical communication skills.</li></ul></ul><div>Preferred Qualifications</div><ul><li>Automotive or consumer electronics experience.</li><li>Knowledge of<span> </span><strong>Qt</strong>, audio HALs, and communication protocols (CAN, Ethernet).</li><li><div>Familiarity with<span> </span><strong>Android Audio Framework</strong> and<span> </span><strong>QNX Audio Manager</strong>.</div></li></ul><p> </p><div><div><p><strong>Additional Compensation and Benefits</strong>: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k.
