The Technical Director – MEP (HVAC Focus) will lead and champion technical excellence across all MEP disciplines, with a strong emphasis on HVAC systems. This role requires a seasoned professional with deep expertise in large-scale building projects and a proven track record of working with Industry leading competitors in the Design &amp; Consultancy space.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Leadership:<ul><li>Support, oversee, and coordinate engineering production activities for the operating unit.</li><li>Make authoritative decisions and recommendations on complex technical matters.</li><li>Represent the organization as a trusted subject matter expert to regional clients.</li><li>Initiate and maintain contact with senior-level management within the company.</li><li>Skilled in dispute resolution and negotiation of critical issues.</li><li>Provide unfiltered feedback and course correction where needed — with freedom to act for best outcomes.</li></ul></li><li>Technical Excellence:<ul><li>Champion technical quality in HVAC and MEP disciplines across all projects.</li><li>Shape guidance, standards, and best practices for mechanical systems.</li><li>Demonstrate creativity, foresight, and mature judgment in anticipating and solving operational challenges.</li></ul></li><li>Project Delivery:<ul><li>Ensure compliance with project delivery requirements and client expectations.</li><li>Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to achieve project goals and deliver high-quality outcomes.</li></ul></li><li>Mentorship:<ul><li>Support mentoring, upskilling, and capability development within the mechanical engineering domain.</li><li>Develop standards and guides for diverse engineering activities.</li></ul></li></ul>
